Privacy Policy & PIPEDA Consent Agreement
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy outlines how S.P. LANDS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, retains, and secures personal information provided by visitors and users ("you") of our website, gemzirflym.pro (the "Site"). We are incorporated under the laws of India under corporate identification number (CIN) U45202DL1989PTC035676, with our registered office situated at L-42 Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi, India. We operate on a cross-border basis, providing strategic land planning, development site evaluation, and layout consulting advisory services to clients residing in Canada.
Our practices comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and applicable international standards regarding corporate data collection transparency.
1. Accountability and Scope
We are fully responsible for all personal information under our control. We have appointed an internal Privacy Officer to oversee compliance with this Privacy Policy and to handle inquiries from users. Personal information is defined under PIPEDA as any information about an identifiable individual. This policy applies strictly to the data gathered via our secure contact form and analytical metrics captured on the Site.
2. Identifying Purposes of Data Collection
We collect personal information solely to fulfill your requests for land planning assessments. We limit collection to the following parameters:
- First Name & Last Name: Required to establish administrative contact records and identify the property interest holder.
- Email Address: Used to transmit completed planning concept studies, regulatory notices, and coordinate schedules.
- Phone Number: Used to contact you for immediate property coordinates confirmation and to provide technical advisory.
We do not collect financial accounts, driver's licenses, health metrics, or other sensitive details. We utilize Formspree (Formspree.io) as our secure form processing agent, which operates as a third-party processor on our behalf.
3. Consent & CASL Compliance
We operate on an explicit consent model. By checking the consent checkbox on our intake form, you provide express consent under PIPEDA and CASL to receive electronic communications from us relative to your query. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer via the email address listed below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of any processing conducted prior to such withdrawal.
4. Limiting Collection, Use, and Disclosure
We do not collect information indiscriminately. We restrict data collection to those details that are absolutely necessary to perform our consulting assessments. We will not use, disclose, or transfer your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, except with your express consent or as required by law. We strictly prohibit the selling, renting, or leasing of our client lists to third-party marketing brokers.
5. Retention of Personal Information
Your personal information is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the identifying purposes or satisfy statutory audit guidelines. Once your consulting assessment project is finalized, inactive client files are securely archived. Upon the expiration of the retention timeline or at your explicit request, all physical records are destroyed and digital databases are securely purged using current secure overwrite methods.
6. Secure Storage and International Transfers
Because S.P. Lands and Developers operates globally, personal information collected on this Site may be transferred, stored, and processed cross-border outside of Canada. However, regardless of where data is processed, we enforce strict security protections. We implement Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption on all incoming traffic, keep restricted physical and administrative access parameters, and use firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
7. Accuracy and Individual Access Rights
We strive to keep all database records accurate and up-to-date based on the information you provide. Under PIPEDA, you hold the legal right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your personal info, request complete access to any files we maintain, or demand complete deletion of your files. To initiate an access request, please contact our Privacy Officer at [email protected]. We will respond to your written request within thirty (30) business days without charge.
8. Filing a Dispute
If you believe our data processing does not comply with PIPEDA, you are encouraged to contact our Privacy Officer directly. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you have the right to file a formal complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPCC) by visiting their official website at www.priv.gc.ca or sending a physical letter to 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 1H3.
